The work of Rural Chaplaincy is one that takes Rev Kenny Hanna around farms and sales markets, supporting farmers and their families and bringing the message of hope in Christ. Pointing us to the Good Shepherd, Scripture is clear that we need Jesus so that we have assurance of salvation and a home in eternity. Matthew 9 shows us the compassion of Jesus on the people and his desire that they know the truth of the good news of the gospel. Christ’s compassion is still on us today as he calls us to follow him and know his great salvation.
